Artist Jocelyn Proust’s new collaboration is spot on

Following the success of last year’s collaboration, Australian artist Jocelyn Proust has once again teamed up with Spotlight to create a limited edition range of home furnishings.

Specialising in the world of pattern design, Proust has been decorating all manner of surfaces including walls, paper, canvas, fabric and ceramics for many years, along with working more formally as a graphic designer.

The bold and whimsical designs were created with pen, watercolour and cut paper, which was then transformed digitally into patterns and designs, before being printed onto high quality fabric.

“Jocelyn embodies what we love most about Australian textile designers – embracing nature’s motifs in a way that is simultaneously bold and whimsical,” said Spotlight’s Chantel Phillips-Hill. “We’re thrilled to continue our collaborations in 2020 expanding the product into dressmaking fabric and trimmings alongside new collections in bed linen and furnishing fabric ranges.”
